On June 22, 2013 Victoria Beckham arrived in China to join her husband, David Beckham, while he toured the country performing his duties as Ambassador for the Chinese Super League.

Upon arriving in Beijing’s Terminal 3 Victoria Beckham caught a glimpse of her son Romeo's Burberry ad and posted a picture of it on her Twitter and Weibo accounts where she shared her excitement, writing, "Look who I saw at Beijing airport! Proud mummy."  Her combined 7.7 million followers have already forwarded this message more than 1,500 times.

The ad is posted on JCDecaux Beijing’s 60 sqm Landmark Banner ? one of four impressive pieces of media; the largest media format in the whole airport.   The four banners’ are located on either end of Terminal 3’s APM train platform and create a decisive brand experience exploiting large scale exposure within a strategic bottleneck area.

JCDecaux Airport media offers a commanding reach over Beijing’s large number of high-net-worth travelers, like fashion icon and proud mom Victoria Beckham.  This audience is characterized, not only by their affluence, but also by the tremendous influence they have on their environments, relatives and followers - all of which is further reinforced nowadays by social media capabilities.
