Effective from 1st January 2011, Hester Man the current COO for Bus has been appointed CEO of the Bus division and Thierry Bardoux the current GM of Samdecaux JV has been appointed CEO of the Airports division. Both positions will report to Stephen Wong, CEO of JCDecaux Greater China, directly. Meanwhile, Stephane Chanut has been promoted to succeed Thierry Bardoux as GM for Samdecaux also effective.

These positions of CEO have been created to accelerate expansion and revenue growth and further strengthen the management structure of JCDecaux China particularly in regards to partner relationships and project developments.

Hester Man has led the whole team to make a great contribution to the operation of Bus division during her term of COO. She launched the first R&F which was specially developed for bus media research in China to create the image of JCDecaux Bus. She also broke the tradition of bus purchase by creating a new bus network product Bus 100 which led the bus advertising to a new era.

Thierry Bardoux has more than 10-year working experience in JCDecaux Group. During his position as GM in Samdecaux, Shanghai Airport had a reputation for possessing one of China's highest quality advertising. In addition to building a strong and trustful relationship with Shanghai airports authorities, he also achieved obtaining a 3-year concession with Beijing Airport and a 5-year concession with Qingdao Airport between JCDecaux China and the airport authorities. From 2005-2010, the revenue of Shanghai airports was one of the best yearly growth performances within JCDecaux Group.

Stephane Chanut has been with Samdecaux as sales director for the past two years and played a major role in contributing to the performance of Samdecaux. Before that, he was in regional management positions in Asia including China.

These managers will work closely with the City Relations and Business Development team in fostering strong government and partner relations and co-operation in identifying business opportunities.
