Technical delivery duty:

  1. Deliver change into the organization through the application of ‘best in class’ business analysis and change management skills
  2. Support an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across their project
  3. Lead detailed business analysis with business stakeholders which might include impact analysis, investigation into business processes, systems, data flows, reporting, solution definition and design, change management and communications
  4. Planning, leading and delivering the technical delivery of our product (Agile Methodology)
  5. Working with product managers and facilitating workshops to understand and priorities their requirements
  6. Review and validate that requirements documented by the business meet industry standards
  7. Developing and evaluating solutions to make recommendations that align with wider business strategy
  8. Managing the end to end delivery of product changes and features by planning and overlooking tasks with Engineering, Product, QA & Support teams
  9. Ensure governance, planning and tracking is in place to successfully deliver
  10. Proactively solve day-to-day problems and exercise good judgment, including the determination of when to escalate issues
  11. Communicate proactively overall status of projects, issues and potential project risks
  12. Collaborate with internal employees to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  13. Ensure objectives are met as the project evolves

Customer-oriented duty:

   14. Provide service and support to DOOH media owners: enabling business, ensuring optimum platform knowledge and usage, provide trading insights and driving overall revenue growth for the customer
   15. Design and help implement new business solutions for our clients. Develop and refine innovative solutions to complex problems.
   16. Facilitate deal execution between buyers and sellers, providing expertise across all programmatic trading models and platforms (PMP, programmatic direct/automated guaranteed) and assisting on troubleshooting of deals
   17. Support media owners in their set up, knowledge and utilization of the platform, uptake of new features and trade with new demand partners
   18. Support sales efforts to upsell and cross-sell new products to media owners
   19. Drive self-service utilization of the platform, transitioning to programmatic trading. Influence media owners’ monetization strategy and programmatic demand generation.
   20. Coordinate product feedback and ensure up to date knowledge and training of all platform features between internal and external stakeholders
   21. Provide technical support to teams within the organization and to external clients when required
   22. Support technical implementation and testing in accordance with agreed requirements
   23. Provide guidance and direction to the business for UAT and effectively communicate and priorities issues for resolution
   24. Regularly monitor system performance to ensure the VIOOH platform is running to business standards, bring solutions when issues occur
   25. Develop and strengthen relationships with key business stakeholders
   26. Engage with business sponsors and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements for successful technical delivery  

Skills & Qualifications    

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (to include e.g. technical skills; professional qualifications)
  1. 5+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of projects delivered on time with positive outcomes
  2. Excellent understanding of advertising technology, programmatic exchanges, digital targeting, tracking and related trading models
  3. Follow a Kanban/Agile logic adjusted to the specification of each team and project
  4. Skilled in delivering BA documentation with strong attention to detail
  5. Skilled in interpreting and communicating business requirements with technical understanding
  6. Actively participate to reduce to minimum the time between each release working in the direction of Continuous Deployment.
  7. Experienced working in projects with a focus on process re-engineering, requirements capture and full software development lifecycle knowledge
  8. Experience of working with/for media owners and sound understanding of their interaction with commercial and technical partners
  9. Ability to educate and transition customers to a new method of trading, but protect a core business
  10. Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
  11. Ability to work under pressure with demanding timescales
  12. JIRA Experience
  13. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  14. Working knowledge of SQL Databases (MySQL preferred) and basic network configuration
  15. Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
  16. Fluency in English and Chinese

Welcome experience    
Knowledge of the OOH industry.  
Although this position will be based in Shanghai, some European and US travel will be required.
