Paris, February 13, 2013 - JCDecaux SA (Euronext Paris: DEC), the leading outdoor advertising company worldwide, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 25% of Russ Outdoor, the largest outdoor advertising company in Russia with more than USD300 million of advertising revenues.
