Sales Director/Account Director
Location: Beijing/Shanghai Key responsibilities: 1.Lead sales team to explore market and achieve annual sales target 2.plan and develop sales and marketing plans of media products to insure growth of sales and profitability 3.Keep and manage key accounts, strengthen and develop customer relations 4.Cooperate closely with relevant department in order to execute company’s sales and marketing strategies in China 5.Assist GM in business development activities 6.Innovative and proactive to create effective sales incentive programs 7.Gather, collect and analyze media marketing information Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree or above 2.8+ or more years as leader for sales team with good performance, including at least 5 years of B2B sales experience 3.Good English in both speaking and writing 4.Good team management skill, and interpersonal skills in terms of influencing, negotiating and listening 5.Goal-oriented, high level of integrity, work well under pressure 6.Computer skills and knowledge of software applications Interested candidates please summit your resume in English and Chinese to: E-mail:hr.china@jcdecaux.com.cn (Please send your resume only in plain text.
