Technical Support Manager

Report to: Development vice Director,
Location : Based in Beijing / work in China Mainland.
Main mission:
The Technical Support manager is responsible of the internal customer support related to JCDecaux objects. This integrates 2 items : solving technical problems related to assets newly delivered, and defining (designing & producing) specific tools required by operations.
Detailed missions:
1. Investigated technical problems and design & implement solutions,
2. Define preventive maintenance procedure & repair tech. documents (electrical drawings,…) for existing and new designed objects,
3. Together with Methods & training manager analyze process and define required tools & operator equipments,
4. Realized drawings of tools & equipments, supply the goods,
Profile & experience:
1. Technical background, oriented design of mechanical structures,
2. Knowledge of electricity,
3. Familiar with AUTCAD,
4. Self supporting, very technical,
5. 2 years experience in a design office in foreign company is welcome.
