Methods & Training manager

Report to: National Operation Director,
Location : Based in Beijing / work in China Mainland.
Main mission:
The Method & Training manager is responsible to analyze the operating process of the different BU, define the best practice and document it using JCDecaux quality system, define & implement related training, and control application by the BU.
Detailed missions:
1. Analyze field process and define best practice,
2. Set up quality / quantity standards,
3. Define equipments required to achieve quality according to JCDecaux standards,
4. Define tools to be used to ensure quality & productivity, and develop if required specific tools together with Technical Support manager,
5. Define & write appropriated procedures,
6. Define training program and ensure regular training of the employees,
7. Ensure coordination of the different BU s practice.
8. Control the application by the BU of the procedures as defined by NOD using regular audits,
9. Reports the result of the audits to the General Manager of the BU who is responsible of the action plan,
10. Responsible to define the facilities required to carry out the missions and to implement after validation of National Operations Director,
Profile & experience:
1. High technical background (master in engineering), Mechanical field.
2. Self supporting, logical, capable of making decisions by himself,
3. Diplomatic but strong on his decisions.
4. Minimum 10 years experience in process analysis.
5. An experience in Quality Assurance (ISO9001) is required,
6. Ideally coming from automotive industry or any industries where process is important,
7. Had a position where he was responsible to analyse and improve operating process.
8. Having a heavy experience of foreign companies.KPIs :
Number of procedures : min 2 per month
Number of training given : min 2 per month
Number of audits carried out : min 2 per month
