Marketing Director - Bus Media

Report to: General Manager - Group Marketing
Location: Beijing/Shanghai
Key responsibilities:
1.Define and improve bus/metro media products plan based on group’s business strategy
2.Manage the whole spectrum of bus/metro media marketing activities
3.Conduct market and product evaluation and analysis, then support bus/metro sales team with the effective media product plan for sales and marketing strategies
4.Be responsible for new media projects or tasks
5.Be responsible for leading and supervising bus/metro media market team
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above (Master degree is plus) majored in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration
2.Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing working experience, the experience in media marketing research field is preferable
3.Good understanding of China mainland market, China media market is plus
4.Excellent capability in communication and presentation
5.Good command of both English and Mandarin
6.Be good at team work. Ability to work under pressure. Self-starter to achieve outstanding business results and personal goals
